The Committee recommends concurrence as amended as follows:

Amend "Policy and Implementation of Policy," section 3, p. 465 Book of Resolutions by adding a new paragraph after D with the following text:

E. To work to assure that companies that manufacture or purchase through sub-contracting do not purchase products made with sweatshop or forced labor.

Change existing paragraph E. to paragraph F. as follows:
