The Committee recommends concurrence as amended as follows: In place of "move the last sentence..." place the words, "insert after ¶332.5 a new ¶332.6 which reads, "ceremonies that celebrate homosexual..."

Minority Report:

Insert as ¶332.6 Ceremonies that celebrate homosexual unions shall not be required of our ministers nor be conducted in our churches without the permission of the pastor in charge.
