The Committee recommends concurrence as amended as follows:

Add the following language to the end of Petition No. 31134:

In addition, the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits shall present a report to General Conference 2004 concerning the retiree medical issues of the denomination. In order to prepare this report, each annual conference shall provide to the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits information requested by the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits concerning the retiree medical obligations of the particular annual conference.
