1996 Book of Discipline: Paragraph 2622| General Conference 2000

ś 2622. The decisions of the Judicial Council on questions of Church law, with a summary of the facts of the opinion, shall be filed with the secretary of the General Conference and with the bishop, chancellor, and secretary of each annual conference. Publication of decisions shall be as follows:

1. Within ninety (90) days following each session of the Judicial Council, the digest of decisions of the Judicial Council shall be published in The Interpreter or its successor publication.

2. The decisions of the Judicial Council rendered during each year shall be published in the General Minutes.
