1996 Discipline ¶ 2617

¶ 2617. When the Judicial Council shall have declared unconstitutional any provision of the Book of Discipline, the secretary of the Judicial Council shall notify the chairperson of the Committee on Correlation and Editorial revision which phrase or sentence was found to violate the Constitution so that it will not appear in the next edition.
