1996 Discipline ¶ 2610

¶ 2610. The Judicial Council shall determine the constitutionality of any act of a jurisdictional or central conference upon an appeal by a majority of the bishops of that jurisdictional or central conference or upon an appeal by one fifty (1/5) of the members of that jurisdictional or central conference.⁴
