1996 Discipline ¶ 2551

¶ 2551. Exceptions to Requirements of this Chapter--The provisions herein written concerning the organization and administration of the local church, including the procedure for acquiring, holding, and transferring real property, shall not be mandatory in central conferences, provisional central conferences, provisional annual conferences, or missions; and in such instances, the legislation in ¶¶ 535-545 and 553-563 shall apply.
