1996 Discipline ¶ 1202

¶ 1202. Purpose--The purpose of the National Youth Ministry Organization shall be:

1. To advocate for youth and the concerns of youth within The United Methodist Church.

2. To empower youth as full participants with the life and mission of The United Methodist Church.

3. To be a forum for the expression of youth needs and concerns.

4. To provide a means of outreach through the Youth Service Fund.
