1996 Book of Discipline: Paragraph 827| General Conference 2000

¶ 827. Upon receipt of a budget from the Episcopal Residence Committee, the General Council on Finance and Administration shall provide funds from the Episcopal Fund to share in the costs of providing an episcopal residence, the amount of such funds to be set by the council in accordance with a policy approved by the General Conference on recommendation of the council. The treasurer of the General Council on Finance and Administration shall remit monthly one twelfth of the share approved for payment from the Episcopal Fund to the person or office designated by the Episcopal Residence Committee to receive such housing payments.
