¶ 342. Interim License as Local Pastor--Between sessions of the annual conference, persons who have completed the conditions for licensing listed above may be granted interim license as a local pastor upon recommendation of the cabinet, the district committee on ordained ministry, and conference board of ordained ministry, and may be appointed by the bishop.
